My Team – The Onus on me (Episode # 3)

Obvious clue it is to the one at the time of making the first acquaintance or rather after eon would actually be more appropriate to put. “Good Lord! It is like a dream coming true to see you here”. Then a few words and meeting gets over, and arrival is anticipated as early as possible. The concerned authority finds it beneath them to contact probably for the third time as the individual despite being available decides to take a little longer avoiding jumping the gun. And the same stance puts the individual, to put it bluntly, in their bad books.

The intense pressure brings the person on board and attempts are made to convince him/her on terms and conditions unquestionably tailored even more in the favor of the company. The person fights bravely enough to get them around to some of his/her rightful demands and succeed in doing so to a considerable extent.

Breezing through the knock-out stages, the person manages to roll up. Looking and sounding increasingly confident, elfin-faced with, I guess, dark honey brown, a quick-on-the-uptake sort with unavoidably professional discretion.

Acclimatization to the environment doesn’t take much of him/her doings resulting in such mingling with the rest that her official persona doesn’t seem to put efforts to remain intact. Temperature being low with him/her being in close proximity can make him/her really uncomfortable which she can’t help complaining about out loud.

After she/he gets elevenses, observed galvanized into action. However, a slot is squeezed in to make a small talk and then again gets on work. Coming up with brilliant propositions is her/his additional and remarkable attributes. Having the task done in cross-legged posture is her unique recognition and when this comfortable position doesn’t do much to speed the task up, she/he even fits it in when home.

Here I must accept the fact without any let or hindrance that he/she listens to me; my word of advice is always paid rapt attention to. He/she respects me not just because of me being the boss but because of him/her having been brought up in such a way.

I pray to the Almighty Allah to bless him/her whatever he/she wishes for!
